SHOCKING SERVICE

They debited off my account and i was told from the 1st July that it would get rectified and to date being the 8 August still nothing. it was sent to him on the 1st July 2013 it was followed up on the 19th July where i was assured it would be paid back ASAP and it was again followed up on the 6th August and still nothing . i now know why i moved to a different back they have incompetent staff... so well done for losing another customer...
