I cancelled my existing policy due to the fact that i was purchasing a new vehicle. Lelanie was on the ball, i had my policy cancelled and even had my new vehicle insured within an hour, she even dealt directly with the dealer to get all the information on my vehicle. The vehicle had a temporary registration when i took the policy and when i received my new registration i sent an email to her to have my details updated, this was done within a matter of minutes.
