Lelanie, went out her normal call of duty to ensure that I become a King Price family member. There were lot of errors stipulated in the initial processing of the policy - car model, registration number, address details, etc which when amended it meant a hike in the premium to unaffordable but with the assistance from her, she ensured that I remain within the means affording the premium without neglecting the cover requirements to meet obligations.
