There is no legal obligation for a company to list themselves on the Telkom directory. We are renting office space and our telephone lines work through the company's switchboard. Our company (international) is a registered PTY (Ltd.) and VAT registered. The international website contains each contries information - address, contact numbers etc. I think that this really has legal implications for the bank if this is how they conduct their business, or if this is the caliber people that are employed that cannot even find a local number (South Africa) on an international website which has 60 countries!
