Capitec staff Zevenwacht Mall totally incompetent

Firstly I went on Sunday (10/02) to enquire about a personal loan. I was told they can assist me after they called the call centre as my company is listed as Fortnightly and I get paid monthly as well as the need to get confirmation of employment which will be done on Monday. I understood and left waiting the following day for them to get back to me. I had to phone twice to enquire how far my application is which got me entirely irritated as there was no communication from their side. I called left messages. Nothing happened then I phoned back and was told they cannot get a hold of anyone at my company.
As the number is not listed by Telkom. This company has been in existence for 80 years how in the heck can Capitec not get a hold of anyone to confirm employment. So Capitec giving me a lame excuse is unacceptable. Or maybe my small change is not good enough for this bank. On Tuesday I was called and said the following "as we cannot get a hold of your employer Capitec cannot help you"

WOW!!! I was asked to switch my salary and d/orders to this bank so I would pay less bank fees but no thank you after this lack of service
Surely it cannot be that hard to get a telephone numbe
