For months now i havent been recieving the type of service FNB like to brag about, thier service, all the great deals they offer and customer service. for several months now FNB have been authorising payments with out my acknowledgment or permission. i recieved the incontact sms which to my shock that my account has been debited 200.00 for purchases i have not made and this goes on to more transactions. i then email and call FNB directly several times and not once has anyone assisted me regarding these issues! i could call this my face turns blue and do you think anyone answers the phone..NO.
im honestly so sick and tired of running after my bank when they should be running after me and making sure that i am satisfied after all IM PAYING THEM and expect the service they brag about!!
