Customer Pays for Salesman Mistake

I went to purchase a car radio at Hi-fi Corporation in Rondebosch, and explained to the salesman what i wanted.
He then sold me a radio, and assured me that it had a built in bluetooth, and all i needed to do was pair my phone so it can be used as a handsfree kit while driving.
I get home, and check the item, it turns out it was not what i asked for, so i go back and return the item. after me running around for nearly 7 days to and from the branch and the bank, i get the deal "cancelled".
Turns out nothing was cancelled, as payment had been deducted from my bank account. I then go back to the store to find that its been closed down... I called the customer care line, but never get through, and wait for over 30 minutes, before i then get sick and tired and put the phone down.
I eventually go to their website and post my complaint. And it has now been 2 weeks, and this issue has still not been resolved.
They admit that they incorrectly debited my account and that the deal was not cancelled on their side, and now another payment has gone off, yet they are not returning the monies they have incorrectly deducted.

Im just sick and tired of their lousy service!!!
