Im paying huge bank fees

Ive been with fnb for a few months. have a gold cheque account and im paying a lot in bank fees. was told id pay R97 but im paying a lot more than that. ive called the call centre and was not satisfied with the answers.
someone please check my account profile, something doesnt add up. Eitehr i move to another bank cause i cant be paying a lot, when i was told id save on monthly bank fees
