Lack of Telephone Etiquite & Bad Manners of agents

I have been a client of the Sanlam Personal Loans department for the past 3 years, & disgusted with the manner in which I've been treated. This past Monday morning the 05/08/2013 at around 9H00am I received a call from a call centre agent/advisor Kerry was her name I think, to advise of the arrears on my account & confirm when will payment be received also if she can set up a debit order to run on a particular day for the arrears. I advised that I'm aware of the arrears & I will try between Monday & Tuesday to make payment provided I get the funds. She then advised a debit order will be set up & I merely asked if I pay this amount before time will the d/o still run, she advised yes and that she will note I'm paying the full amount that afternoon of which I advised her that I'm not committing to that afternoon as I have to arrange monies. This is when her bad attitude took over saying I cannot give her an answer as to when will this be paid & I owe the money so why shouldn't the d/o be set up again I mentioned I have to source funds of which I was told by agent to do as I please and pay when I feel like it. Where is the professionalism in this? Is it condoned because it's her job?
