Requesting a refund

On the 28 May 2013 i purchased R200 worth of electricity using the FNB App on my phone. The money was deducted from my account, got an sms about the deductions&the transaction but i never got an sms for the token. I was then forced to buy another one R100 plus R100 that i bought by spar. Called the App centre same day&I was told to wait 24hrs, which i did&still did get anything. Called App centre again, was told to login go to history, long process. Wnt to the contact centre&was told i won't be refunded. All i want is my money back and not the token as i don't need to R400 worth of electricity in total. Can you please refund me my money as this problem occurred on your side and not mine. I know R200 is not alot but in this day and age where economy is bad, it is worth something. Someone please kindly assist.
