I have a gold cheque card and its useless no benefits if its not this its that, I have been down this road with FNB Im not planing to have a headache banking is supposed to be simply and you as the customer having to benefit still have issues with my cellphone banking clearly FNB can not fix that so Im over that, logged a call back request on online banikng, I have logged a complaint on online banking. GUESS what FNB have not returned my call and they haven't answered my complaint. Disgusted and I have mentioned on numerous occation to FNB that Im going to switch banks cause the service is ABSOLUTLEY POOR.
