Paid in full but still blacklisted

Good day

I paid my cellular account in full, but on my credit report is still there. It is never been updated and it makes my score low on itc. I need you to take my name off itc and email me a letter of payment in full. I never received the statement or letter that they said I will get. Please I need urgent attention or im going to my attorney.
