I paid my game account in full earlier this year. I have been trying to get a letter from VVM stating that i paid the account in full. I have spoken to more that 8 people who all tell me they will email it as soon as possible and i still have not received it. I really need this letter as i need to clear my credit profile. I am so tired of calling and being told that i will get is as soon as possible. I even spoke to Desire Kwamama who apparently is a supervisor and she has not helped me at all.
I would really like assistance with sorting this out.
