Insurance canceled in 2010 & Billing continued

I requested Dial Direct to cancel all my insurance that I have with them in September 2010.

After conducting a self audit on my cheq account & numerous queries to my private banker, I found that Dial direct has never stopped billing my bank account with the amount of ZAR 118.00 every month.

This was supposed to stop in September 2010 as I sent a written instruction to them, wich I have proof of & proof of a reply by them on the cancellation request.

It is now March 2013 & the amount was still being deducted from my account at the end of February 2013.
