PUTRID SERVICE! *SPIT*

Monday 5-08, we were assisted by KESHNI NAICKER regarding a BUSINESS account query. whilst there with the account holder with whom I'm about to be married in COP with, i wanted changes on that account which he agreed to. keshni gave us an option of a full or ltd function card without a full explanation of the card. I was then angered as her tone that she spoke in and the way she was rephrasing her answers were as though she was speaking to a kid. I informed her that i am getting angry and sounds as if she is as well to which she answered "YES"! Well i did not take that well and decided to throw something onto the desk as a result, she gets the service adviser who is well informed and courteous! although keshni then thinks he is the principal and explains what went on, whilst giving me dirty looks! due to her going on like a kid whose spilt her milk, we left with not all our issues sorted, and had to go to another branch. I am flabbergasted at the customer service that i have witnessed, especially since i work for a competition bank. She has no product knowledge and is not competent to perform her job. i call the bank today and the inefficient fool puts the phone down on me!
