I was at an ATM for the amount of R2000. My card was taken. Whilst on the phone to the Lost Card/ Div this money was being drawn out my account. At no stage did I ever punch in my Pin code. After almost a month the bank comes back to me stating that they are only prepared to refund half this amount. I see this as a major problem, as this is in no way my fault. Also whilst I was on the line to FNB the was being committed. FNB are liable to refund me the full amount.
