Neglect to inform me of once off fee

I called Momentum Multiply to sign up as a member mainly to join the gym and enjoy the discount of between 30 - 60%. The agent expplained to me the monthly fee, and what I must do to receive maximum discount. But never, not once did he mention to me about a once off fee of R645 when signing up at the gym!! The gym (virgin active) informed me of the once off fee. I then phoned again on wednesday, 7 aug 2013 and expressed my unhappiness, this is when I got through to Didi (or maybe Tidi) and she explained that it must be referred to management and they will have to listen to the conversation when I signed up. She promised to keep me inform, but everyday I must phone to find out about the progress. I would love to continue with the program. My expectation is that they refund my husband and myself with at least 50% of that R645 which was paid by both of us.
