I applied for debt review with Debtassess on 01022013. 17.1 was received by MFC on 07022013. Debt councillor sent through a proposal of R2000 monthly which was paid to MFC from April to June. in July a tracer called at my res address claiming that debt review had been cancelled and was there to repo the vehicle. I then contacted MFC to confirm that I am still with debt review - I was then advised that a counter offer of R3318.27 was sent to the debt councillor but they did not receive any feedback. I then contacted my debt councillor who then sent an acceptance of counter proposal and I started to pay in terms of it from July and August. From September, I increased it to R3500. I was then under the impression that everything is in orderr until when I received my monthly statement on the 29th of October noting a legal fee debit of R2736 and today a Mr Bhengu who told me that he's a tracer and he wanted us to meet so that he can repossess the vehicle. I humbly request that you withdraw matter from the tracer, refer account to debt review dept where it belongs and reverse the legal fees of which I believe I'm not liable for. I'm trying my best to resolve this, kindly help me out here
