Disgusting Service

I applied for a loan on the 26th July at Carnival Mall branch, I was told all is in order and the money would be in my bank within 48hrs. It is NOW 12 DAYS LATER and after calling and calling repeatedly and being told THEY DONT know what the delay is i am STILL WAITING. I finally got hold of a manager of Carnivals branch on the 2nd August who again told me 48hrs, since then i have phoned Dumisani repeatedly and he passes the blame to Head Office, when I call them they havent even loaded my application. I cannott find anyone who is willing to help me with this. It is shocking service and I would appreciate ANY feedback so I know where I stand with this matter0
