Inaccurate Billing Information and Debit orde

I took a loan with African Bank in the middle of Feb 2013. Having an existing loan they offered me a top up deal, meaning I increase the loan amount which as stipulated in the contract, I extend the time that I'll be paying off on this loan and the premium will decrease. I signed this contract stipulating 1 premium to go off on the 26th of every month. I double checked with the lady at the carnival mall branch that I will only be paying 1 amount and that they will cancel the old debit order, she assured me and confirmed that this is true. On the 26th they took the amount and on the 28th an even bigger amount. I did follow this up with their head office to find out why I sign one thing and they're doing completely the opposite. I have logged 3 calls today at their head office and at the carnival mall branch who was completely unable to help me and nobody has come back to me, same thing happened on Tuesday of this week, still waiting for a call back. This is really unprofessional and I'd love to know why they are doing this!
