Highly disappointed with FNB, so much for good customer service. I am now repaying the capital portion of my student loan, the first year and a half was so called interest payments, yet now that capital payments are due I am paying a ridiculous not agreed upon interest rate of 18.5%! Please explain to me what is competitive about this rate, as this is what FNB prides itself on with regards to student loans? The current prime lending rate is 8.5%!!! Everything regarding a FNB student loan is nonsense, I am paying for things not agreed upon, not contractual with no help from any employee.
