I called the contact centre today at about 8h20 am. i was transferred to the credit department. I spoke to a lady who confirmed that I had a deposit made in the account and i can withdraw the money today and close the account which i so badly want to do!!! i go to the Flora centre branch and they are so blind i had to tell them about the deposit, as they were willing to close my account without the deposit clearing!! I am then told i cannot draw any money or close the account as there is movement on the account!! please tell me where the do you get your credit controllers from if she cant confirm a simple thing and gives the incorrect info!! NOW JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY AND CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT! Your service is appalling!!!
