Where is my F@&$ing money!!!???

I made a payment using my FNB app, the money has gone from my account but the recipient whom is also with fnb is NOT PAID???
I have a good mind in closing my bank acc and strictly using cash, it's just much simpler and hassle free.
Don't ever use fnb! Take a fools advice! FNB how can we rob you?
