I made a payment on Monday to an ABSA recipient with the pay and clear now option. It's now Wednesday and the money still hasn't been received by the recipient. I have been charged for the pay and clear now option. When I call FNB, they continue to insist that it is ABSA Banks fault. I want to do a reversal and I'm not prepared to be charged for this! Why must I pay for FNB's fault. If I am not contacted by 12 today with a solution that I won't be charged for, I will be moving my platinum account to a bank that can take responsibility and assist their clients!!!
