I am making arrangments to pay but they are declin

Good day, I had a loan with Wonga and the payment of R3100 was due in June and through some financial contrains I was unable to pay and I call them making an arrangment to pay at the end of July, unfortunately my uncle passed away n the policy was not matured at that time it was 5 months and I had to finance the funeral by cash, I sent an email to Wonga explaing my situation and I ask to pay in 2 months is R2000 on 25/08/2013 then settle the outstanding bal in 25/09/2013 but they are refusing to accept my proposal and now I am confused coz I am willing to pay and I don't know what to do, can I be assisted? and I canonly be contacted via email due to my work we are not allowed to answer personal calls
