Poor query resolution turn around time

I opened an RCP account with standardbank of R30000.00 which i was paying R1027.00 monthly, i later increased it to R60000.00 and monthly instalment was not updated on the system by consultant assisting, this resulted in me paying for almost 12 months with no decrease in my balance and more interest were added to my account for over the limit balance. i have requested standardbank to resolve this issue and want to be refunded all interest i paid since this was not my fault, its almost two months this problem or my request was raised and is still not resolved. standardbank system is really disgusting...
