No product knowledge & cant assist with info

Good day My husband and I have a joint Homeloan with Std bank for going for 6 years now. We planning on extending the house by adding an additional on suit bedroom, dining room and extending the existing bedromms, lounge and kitchen. we have submitted a second bond application explaining what we wanted to do, but this was declined due to the value of the property... We then had to go to Northclif branch whereby Adeline Gounder submitted a building loan for home renovations including the plans, quotations, builders certificate ect and this application was declined too. an arbitration was then sent throught by North cliff branch to re look at the plans that was sumbitted - only to find out the first app. was only sumbitted on my hustbands name and not joint as requested. This is frustrating to know that STD Bank is unable to help with funds to lift the value of the poperty. i have called homeloans and no HELP. The foundation is done already. PLEASE ADVISE? Should i move my Hloan???
