Dear Sirs

Due to the current economic climate I was forced to sell my house.

The house was sold at auction in September 2012. The attorneys dealing with the sale are Alan Levy Attorney's & Conveyancers, their lawyer is Ms Tebogo Tisane.

There are serious delays concerning the sale which Alan Levy Attorney's accredit to Nedbank Lawyers Hammond and Pole, the lawyers who are not capable of lifting the interdict since the beginning of November 2012 are Petro Janse Van Rensburg, Liz Coetzee and Lebohang Makwakwa of Hammond Pole Attorneys their contact number is (011) 874 1800 fax (011) 255 0611. According to Ms Tebogo Tisane she has been waiting for Nedbank Lawyers since November 2012 to lift the interdict in order for this sale to come to a conclusion.

It should be in the best interest of Nedbank to see this sale come to a conclusion, yet their very own lawyers are stalling without good reason. Is there a financial gain for Nedbank to stretch out the transaction? If not then why would 3 lawyers not be capable of communicating with the office of the sheriff of the court
