Poor customer service

I have been with standard bank since 1996 and i have never had such bad experience in my life. I guess it's time move to one of the other banks coz standard bank with there bad security in the midrand shopping centre does not care bout clients that's the presidency standard bank is setting because black people is not worthy of the same customer experience as our counter parts (whites).
