I went to withdraw money on the 31st July 2013 from that day every time I try to swipe or withdraw money I get not allowed message the slip say "no account linked to my account", so I called the call center, I was told that I had changed address and I never changed my address and I submitted prove of my residence mid-June because everytime I withdraw from the inside they tell me to bring prove of residence. I was paid on the 31 till today I cant access my money
