WAVIER OF FEE WAS STILL DEBITED OFF MY ACCOUNT

The AA Called me on the 31 July 2013, offering me cheaper insurance due to me requesting a quote from the HIPPO, after quoting me and making me buy into the insurance, a sudden fee of R 340 was advised just when I agreed to the quote, I refused to accept this offer as I will be trading in my vehicle soon and be charged the same fee again, so the call centre lady asked her manager and waived the fee, AS PER MY TELEPHONIC CONVERSATION, and when my debit goes off my account is charged for the R 340, I WANT AN IMMEDIATE REFUND AND BE PAID FOR THE BANK CHARGES INSURED FOR THIS UNLAWFUL DEBIT ORDER, AS I DID NOT AUTHORISE NOR WAS AWARE OF SUCH AN ARRAGEMENT AS ALL I KNOW I WILL BE DEBITED FOR MY INSURANCE PREMIUM AND THE OTHER FEE WAS WAIVED, I AM DISAPOINTED IN THE AA AS THIS WAS MY FIRST INTERACTION WITH THEM AND ALREADY THEY INCORRECTLY DEBITING MY ACOUNT,
I WILL AWAIT YOUR IMMEDIATE RESPONSE, ON THIS MATTER AND WANT A REFUND OF THE FEES WAIVERED IMMMEDIATELY. I TRIED CALLING YOUR CALL CENTRE BUT NO ANSWER, AND BEEN CONTINUALLY TRANFERED TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE, AND MY AIRTIME IS WASTED ON THIS, SO THIS IS JUST BECOMING AN ADDITIONAL COST TO ME
