In October I requested quotes for insurance on my Toyota Hilux bakkie, Top up insurance and insurance on all my assets. I got a quote for the bakkie and accepted it and they did the debit order. I then asked for a quote for the top up insurance and insurance on all my assets. Without my acceptance of the quote or approval they debited the amount for the second quote from my account. I then phoned the call centre on 28 October 2013 and spoke to Neo and he assured me that the money will be refunded within 3 days. Today it has been 7 working days and I still haven't received my refund! This is unacceptable and horrible service!
