Cell not working/damaged from day 1

Purchased new cell combo pack, Blackberry 9790 & Samsung pocket. Blackberry 9790 did not work from start, resets its self reboots when receive BB text, & playing music. Most of time no signal. Sent to Cell C for repair, as per Bayport, report came back Beyond repair, sent to Bayport, they checked, also beyond repair, got no feed back from Bayport, phoned them to get feed back, said phone will be delivered, received with no accessories, after complete box sent to Bayport. After 3 phone calls & no feed back, still no accessories or new replacement phone, this my third top up contract with them, been happy previously now totally unsatisfied. Please help
