Just wanted to say that after a run of bad luck with some clumsiness which landed me with a broken phone, yet again, I was very pleased to have my phone picked up, repaired, and back to me in 5 days total. This was all due to the very helpful Kagiso, who made sure my phone was repaired and delivered back to me incredibly quickly, all the while letting me know what the situation was. Thanks - I am very happy! And my phone now has screen protectors, cases, covers, and some bubble wrap, so hopefully I won't be needing to contact Kagiso again :)
