Seriously!!!

So after having my claim finalised within half an hour of my last HelloPeter complaint, I was happy to know that finally my car could be fixed. Only to find out a week later, that Miway still needed to send Authorisation for the collection of my car. And after being told it was done while on the phone with a consultant, later that same week, I get another request from the panelbeaters who would love to collect my car, but are still waiting for authorisation. I finally got that sorted.

Now, a weekend after that, I recieve yet another call from the panelbeaters saying that apparantly my car isn't where it should be, so they cannot collect. So, I would like to know... Where is my car??? I have called the call centre, and have informed them of the situation and now I am waiting for some response.

MiWay! please get your act together. This is ridiculous now.
