I applied for the document and paid in May and got a scanned doc in June (great)... but I have been waiting for the registered mail ever since. Every time I call, you say you will check when you are back at the office but never get back to me. I have called and emailed numerous times. I dont understand what the problem is. If you had the document to scan why have you not posted to me yet.
