Efused to change my banking details

I've changed my banking details. N I've added them in heir application form. Den latr I apply fr a new loan. It was declined. Bt I had no problm with it. Den I took bk my old banking details. Bt still haven't got the mney. Bt I was told dt it was approved. Its been 4 days nw
