Pathetic Internet Banking Service

Once again Absa's service is lacking. Trying to run a business on Absa is an impossible task.
As an accountant of a company I tried loading urgent payments today. This took me double the time today. Every time I load a new beneficiary Absa logs me off of the account and I have to log onto internet banking and reload the beneficiary before I can pay them. This happened with every new beneficiary, log on load account, log off, log on, reload account, pay. This is six steps for a two step procedure. I had to log onto Absa eight times in order to complete my payments. At this point I did not load the rest as it takes too long.

What is wrong with your site Absa? How many mistakes is it going to take for you to improve your quality of banking, or do you suggest we move to a better bank?
