WEBSITE DOES NOT WORK

WHY DOES YOUR OLD BANKING WEBSITE NOT WORK?

WHEN I LOG IN I HAVE TO GO TO THE NEW BANKING ONLINE.
THEN IT SAYS YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO USE THE CURRENT ONLINE BANKING.
WHEN YOU CLICK ON THAT NOTHING HAPPENS. THEN IT GOES INTO YOUR ACCOUNTS SPORADICALLY AND THEN JUST FREEZES. I CANNOT WORK LIKE THIS.

WHEN I TRY USE THE NEW ONLINE BANKING, I AM TRYING TO ADD A BENEFICIARY BEING A NEDBANK SAVVY ACCOUNT AND IT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO ADD THAT ACCOUNT TYPE AS A BENEFICIARY.

STANDARD BANK WILL LET ME ADD THAT ACCOUNT TYPE AS A BENEFICIARY.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH ABSA??

WHY IS THE WEBSITE NOT WORKING PROPERLY???
