All i want to do is change my cellphone number on my online banking account, is that so hard to do???!!!
Apparently it is!
I first called and was told all i must do is go in to the branch and it can be done. I stood in a line for 2 hours and finally was assisted, the person who assisted me did not know how to even change the number, i was then told it was done, signed some form with my number on it and told it all should be in order after two hours.
To date, I have no idea where my OTP is going, i mean really now, what is the point of standing in a queue for two hours without being assisted.
I have already wasted 2 hours at the bank without any success and I am not willing to do so again, if that is the case, i will look at alternatives as this is unacceptable.
