FNB fails to reply and I get no answers

I complained twice in the last two weeks on the FNB site and have received NO response whatsoever. Ever since the new internet banking has been implemented, I no longer receive notifications every time that I swipe my card. I'm not sure if this is co-incidence that it has happened since the upgrade or whether it is a glitch with the system. This is extremely frustrating as my wife receives all the notifications on my email and then updates my books as I have my own business. Sometimes she only sees 4 days later when it reflects in the bank and then the books are not kept current. This has never been a problem in the past as everytime I have swiped the card, I have received a notification. Please rectify this as a matter of urgency!!!
