On Friday I noticed Old Mutual deducted 2 x R250 from my bank account for a policy yet I did not have sufficient funds in my account. I know if there is no money in an account the debit order I'd returned. Plus if no premiums are paid towards a policy it lapses. I now owe FNB R547 because you guys took money that was not even mine. I would like for you to please reverse the debit order and give FNB their money back. I have also requested that this policy be cancelled.
