A) I cannot get into internet banking via wwwfnb.co za, I have to go in through the RMB website.
Today when trying to get funds from offshore transferred into my account, I was unable to do so and had to phone to have it done manually.
Apparently the new UPGRADED website is to blame - how long do we have to put up with this inefficiency - This has been a problem for weeks now.
Somebody in FNB/RMB IT department should be rapped over the knuckles or fired.
Trouble free internet banking a misnomer at the moment and all their adds should be suspended.
