I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Thabang Mokoena who assisted me in finding a suitable provident fund. I had my concerns about liberty because of the mass amounts of complaints on Hello Peter, but Thabang put my mind at ease and not only provided me with excellent service, but also did not try to push a sale down my throwt. He took his time explaining the product and did not mind answering my questions. So for those wishing to make use of liberty services, ask for Thabang Mokoena. I'd say give the man a raise for such excellent client service seeing as it is such a rarity in SA!
