After lodging my damage claim of vehicle on the 18th. July and subsequently booked my vehicle for repairs after approval it is of great disappointment that i am complaining today. Had to take my car back on Friday because the secondhand door was not suitable and will have to wait for another one that still has to be sourced somewhere which i find totally unacceptable and disgusting, not to mention the inconvenience caused with the delay. Please could you just replace door with new and get this done and dusted.
