Had this same problem with the month prior whereas my account wasn't debited and they just blatantly go and slander my credit profile by blaming me that i haven't made a payment. they of course deny even having my debit order details, however i know i did give to them as i hold an existing account with their other division, Game and funny enough they debiting my account with no problems. (PS: They the same company for sake!!!)
this month AGAIN same story! I notice that no debit order has gone off and I'm getting quite agitated with their offices inefficiencies and I am receiving the brunt of it because their offices just freely and blatantly send negative information to my credit profile At the credit bureaus. and I am still waiting for their responses.
if they dont correct my credit profile i will also be taking matters even furthe
