Random debit order days and costs

For the third consecutive month, the brains trust at nedbank has decided to run my debit order early, yet the date specified for them is the last day of the month. Now, it will return unpaid again and I will be left with R110 in unpaid debit order costs. And no one at the place cares. They will then run the debit order again next week, but they have already updated my payment profile as being behind for second consecutive month.

I don't know why they have just changed the debit order date without asking, nor explaining anything. This amount is now going to bounce and return unpaid and I'll be left with R110 to pay for the third consecutive month, while this bank will rerun the debit order next week like they did for the last two months. And they'll update my payment profile as being behind with the credit bureaux just to show me they're in charge of this service.

Then they'll give a response about attending to my complaint. But in the end, we all know they won't refund my bank fees; and they won't update my payment profile; and they won't change the debit order date!
