Efused payment

I have a property insurance with them and my house was burnt by my husband he committed suicide and outsurance refused to repair damages they said it was done intentionally by somebody who was staying in the house but it is not stated in their policy manual and it is not me as a main member who did it.they took quotations and and relevant document are submitted.please help.
