Refusing to Process Medical Claims

I have submitted my Medical Claim to PPS in 23 May 2013, it was refused due to an exclusion of Mental Disorders. I lodged an appeal. They did not respond for one month, stating: We endeavour to communicate the progress on the finalization of your claim or a request for additional information within 7 working days of date of this letter (3/06/13). Then they wanted my policy documents, which they have copies of. Then I get an email stating my claim would go to the medical committee and would get a reply within 72 hours. Later, I once again get a letter stating, I am excluded. If you are going to look at the condition, then make a decision on it. They are just messing me around. They do not as they claim: PPS believes in helping current and future professionals.
I've been with them for 14 years and this is how I get treated. Thanks for nothing and discriminating against people with mental illness.
