I gave notification for a death policy to be paid out. It's been sitting with the Claims department for well over a month without any feedback. I've written to [Email Removed] and received the usual automated response, and normally within 5 days I receive an email from the service desk telling me my query has been handed over to Claims. I never hear from the Claims department, and no-one seems to be giving me feedback. I get the impression that only the service desk has access to phones and/or email. Any feedback would be appreciated.
